THE RAPIER
Custom new 2 tone paint and body kit, 1991 Talon TSI
The Rapier, named as such after its owners' surname (Napier, and rapier-sword) and fitting as this car is a weapon! This car was a little rough, but mostly in good shape, some replacement panels were used as well as some custom made sheetmetal repair panels.
Original color was gold, it was just out of style, and somewhat oxidized. Anyways the customer wanted to bring it back to life, so we chose this bright white, and changed the color separation point. A new line was chosen which did not break up the body and make it look like this Eagle had wings tucked under the side windows anymore. A cleaner and meaner overall look was achieved.
Future plans for this turbo monster,
A full interior reworking with stereo integration.
New muflers mounted to exit the bodykit cut outs
New wheel and tire package.
